It does not include CAD or product design, engineering, analysis, prototypes, parts, tooling, sourcing, manufacturing, vendor quotes or fees, vendor labor, testing, inspection, certification, shipping, or work from HardwareHub Consulting or any other vendor.

There is no public Enterprise list price or standard limit set today. Tell us the workspace size and commercial requirements you need reviewed.

Availability, scope, support, service levels, contract terms, and price are established only in a written order. An inquiry does not create a purchase, reservation, or charge. Vendor and design work remain separate from any Enterprise software agreement.

Current Individual billing

The recurring terms, up front.

This is a plain-language summary. The exact order shown before payment and the Workbench legal terms control a purchase.

Currency and tax: Prices are in U.S. dollars. Stripe shows applicable tax and the final total before payment.
Renewal: Builder and Pro renew monthly on the billing-cycle date until canceled. No annual Individual plan is currently offered.
Free: Free costs $0, requires no card, and is not a time-limited trial.
Pro preview: A 14-day cardless Pro preview does not auto-convert to a paid plan. When it ends, the workspace returns to Free unless you separately choose a paid plan.
Cancellation: Cancel online before the next renewal. Cancellation stops the next charge; paid access continues through the current paid period.
Unused time: Monthly charges are generally not partially refunded solely for unused time. Billing errors, legal requirements, stated promotions, and permanent service discontinuation are handled under the Payment Terms.
Plan changes: A Builder-to-Pro upgrade may charge a prorated amount for the rest of the current period. Pro-to-Builder and paid-to-Free changes take effect at the end of the paid period.

Software versus outside work

Connection does not mean engagement.

Workbench helps you find vendors and keep each relationship organized. You choose, contact, vet, contract with, and pay every vendor separately.

Workbench

You pay HardwareHub the published or quoted software price for workspace access and its stated limits.

A vendor you choose

The vendor gives you a separate quote, contract, lead time, and invoice. You control that commercial relationship and pay the vendor separately.

HardwareHub Consulting

HardwareHub may be one vendor you consider. It follows the same separate-selection rule and is involved only under its own written agreement and price.

Vendor listings are options to evaluate—not certification, endorsement, or a guarantee of capability, quality, price, lead time, compliance, or fit. Your team remains responsible for due diligence, technical review, commercial terms, quality requirements, and accepting the work.

Vendor compensation disclosure. As of September 1, 2026, HardwareHub does not receive compensation from vendors presented in Workbench, except that it may receive compensation from Slingshot in some circumstances. You still choose, vet, contract with, and pay each vendor separately; a listing is not an endorsement or guarantee.

Does any Workbench plan include vendor or design work?

No. Every price on this page is for Workbench software access only. CAD creation, product design, engineering, analysis, prototypes, parts, tooling, sourcing, manufacturing, testing, inspection, certification, shipping, vendor quotes, and vendor labor are separate.

What does the vendor connection include?

Workbench helps you find vendor options and keep contacts, selection context, files, quote records, and next steps organized. You decide whom to contact, conduct your own due diligence, agree the scope and terms, and pay the vendor separately. Workbench does not hire, supervise, or pay the vendor for you.

Is HardwareHub Consulting included or assigned?

No. HardwareHub Consulting is one optional vendor. It is not the default provider, is not assigned to your project, and is never included in a Workbench subscription. If you choose it, the work requires a separate written agreement and separate price.

Are the Team plans available to buy?

Not yet. The Team names, prices, and limits shown above are the current plan direction, not an offer for sale. They may change before launch, and no Team launch date is promised on this page.

Is there annual billing or a long-term contract for Individual plans?

No annual Individual plan is currently offered. Builder and Pro renew monthly until canceled. Canceling stops the next renewal, and paid access continues through the current paid period.

Are AI features included?

No AI features are included in the plans shown here. Workbench is currently project-management and document-control software for hardware projects.
