This policy applies to Hardware Hub Consulting, LLC and the public Hardware Hub website at hardwarehub.io.
If the email button does not open your mail app, send the request directly to privacy@hardwarehub.io.
Information you provide
When you use a contact form, request Workbench access, book a call, email Hardware Hub, or ask for follow-up from HardwareHub AI Check, we may receive the information you choose to send. This can include your name, email address, company, website, product stage, project goals, budget range, timeline, uploaded or linked context, and the message or summary you provide.
Contact forms may also include basic page context such as the page path, referrer, and campaign parameters so we can understand which inquiry path you used.
Website analytics
Hardware Hub uses basic website analytics and server logs to understand page performance, traffic patterns, and whether the site is working correctly. This may include pages visited, browser or device details, approximate location derived from network information, referrer, and interaction timing.
We use this information to improve the website, diagnose problems, and understand which content is useful to visitors.
Social and OAuth analytics
If Hardware Hub connects a social platform account or developer app for analytics, the connection is used for the approved business purpose only. For the current social analytics workflow, the intended use is read-only review of Hardware Hub-owned or Hardware Hub-administered account metrics.
Depending on the platform and approved scopes, this may include account or organization identifiers, channel or page URLs, post or video identifiers, public engagement metrics, impressions, views, clicks, watch time, follower or subscriber counts, and date ranges. Hardware Hub does not use read-only analytics access to publish posts, edit profiles, upload videos, send messages, or manage accounts unless a separate approval is given.
OAuth access can be revoked through the platform account settings or by contacting Hardware Hub at the email below.
How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate project fit, prepare calls, provide requested services, maintain business records, improve the site and content, review social media performance, troubleshoot systems, and protect the site from misuse.
We may use aggregated or high-level analytics to decide what content to publish, which pages need improvement, and which topics are useful to Hardware Hub's audience.
Service providers
Hardware Hub may use service providers for hosting, forms, databases, email delivery, calendar booking, analytics, security, and approved social platform integrations. These providers process information only as needed to run the site, deliver messages, support analytics, or provide the requested workflow.
Hardware Hub does not ask for passwords through this site. OAuth or developer credentials, when used, are handled through the relevant platform and approved storage method.
Retention and deletion
Hardware Hub keeps inquiry records, email threads, analytics summaries, and business records for as long as they are useful for the reason they were collected, unless a shorter period is appropriate or a deletion request is approved.
To request deletion, correction, access, or disconnection of OAuth access, email Hardware Hub with enough detail to identify the request. Some records may be retained when needed for security, troubleshooting, accounting, dispute handling, or other ordinary business purposes.
