This policy applies to Hardware Hub Consulting, LLC and the public Hardware Hub website at hardwarehub.io.
If the email button does not open your mail app, send the request directly to privacy@hardwarehub.io.
Information you provide
When you use a contact form, request a Mini CAD Sprint, request Workbench access, book a call, or email Hardware Hub, we may receive the information you choose to send. This can include your name, email address, company, website, product stage, project goals, budget range, timeline, uploaded or linked context, and the message or summary you provide.
Contact forms may also include basic page context such as the page path, referrer, and campaign parameters so we can understand which inquiry path you used.
Website analytics
Hardware Hub uses Vercel Web Analytics and ordinary hosting and security logs to understand page performance, traffic patterns, and whether the site is working correctly. Analytics may include pages visited, referrer, browser, device type, operating system, and approximate location derived from network information.
Vercel Web Analytics is configured without advertising pixels or session replay. Vercel states that its Web Analytics product does not use third-party cookies, reports aggregated data, and discards its daily visitor-identification hash after 24 hours.
How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate project fit, prepare calls, provide requested services, maintain business records, improve the site and content, review social media performance, troubleshoot systems, and protect the site from misuse.
Submitting a request does not create a client relationship, reserve work, or authorize Hardware Hub to publish your submission. A separate written agreement is required before paid work begins, and separate permission is required before Hardware Hub publishes a submission or result.
Service providers
Hardware Hub uses Vercel for hosting, delivery, logs, and website analytics; Supabase for inquiry records and private legacy file storage; Resend and Google Workspace for operational email; and Google Calendar for optional call booking.
These providers process information only as needed to operate the site, route inquiries, deliver messages, or provide the requested workflow. Provider infrastructure and subprocessors may process data in the United States or other locations where they operate.
How information is shared
Hardware Hub does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with the service providers above, professional advisers when needed, or authorities when disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and site security.
Hardware Hub does not use Mini CAD requests, project inquiries, uploaded materials, or resulting work as public portfolio or marketing content without separate permission.
Retention and deletion
Hardware Hub generally keeps unconverted inquiry and Mini CAD request records for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Active-client, contract, invoice, accounting, security, dispute, or legal records may be kept longer when reasonably needed or legally required. Legacy Free CAD Sprint records and private uploads remain restricted while Hardware Hub completes their retirement and retention review.
To request access, correction, or deletion, email Hardware Hub with enough detail to identify the request. Hardware Hub may verify the requester's identity and may retain limited records when needed for security, accounting, dispute handling, legal obligations, or to document the request itself.
Sensitive information and children
Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, regulated health information, export-controlled information, trade secrets, or third-party confidential material through public forms or links. Use a separately approved secure workflow when sensitive project material is necessary.
The site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. Hardware Hub does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through these forms.
Security
Hardware Hub uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the public-site workflows, including encrypted transport, server-side validation, restricted database access, and private storage for retained legacy uploads. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

For privacy requests, email privacy@hardwarehub.io with the subject line "Privacy request". Include the email address used for the inquiry and enough context to identify the record.
