Free Mini CAD Sprint

Have a hardware idea worth turning into CAD?

Hardware Hub is selecting a small number of public-safe ideas for free concept CAD. If selected, the work can be recorded and shared as practical product-development content.

Apply for the sprint

01

Submit a public-safe idea

Send a simple product idea, rough context, what you already have, and what the concept CAD should help explain.

02

Hardware Hub picks the fit

Selections favor ideas that can teach something useful about CAD, enclosure layout, DFM, supplier prep, or prototype decisions.

03

CAD becomes content

If selected, the process can become LinkedIn, X, YouTube, portfolio, or educational content with the agreed boundaries.

Boundaries

This is for public-safe concept work.

The offer should be useful without creating confusion about confidentiality, production readiness, or ownership.

What should we keep out of public content?

This sprint is designed to create public examples, testimonials, and case-study material. We may show the general idea, CAD process, before/after visuals, and outcome unless you list specific limits below.

Choose existing files

Up to 5 files, 15 MB each. Sketches, photos, PDFs, and common CAD reference files are best. On phones and tablets, the photo control can open the camera. Do not upload confidential or restricted material.
