Chemical Spray Applicator

An innovative device capable of spraying two separate chemicals onto sample fabrics with precision. By pressing one of two distinct buttons, the device selectively dispenses the desired chemical. The enclosure was designed to be self-contained, transparent for easy monitoring, and equipped with an automatic drainage system for efficiency and cleanliness. Deliverables included detailed 3D CAD files, 2D engineering drawings, and a fully functional assembly built and tested to ensure operational reliability. This project highlights Hardware Hub’s expertise in creating tailored, high-functionality solutions for specialized applications.
